Answer Maxicovers

Estimada Úrsula,
Tu pedido fue enviado el pasado 15/12/2020 y entregado al día siguiente, día 16/12/2020. El plazo de cambio y/o devolución tal y como se indica en la web, es de 14 días naturales, es decir, podrías haberlo devuelto hasta el pasado día 30/12/2020. Pese a que cerramos días puntuales por periodo navideño, no recibimos ninguna notificación por tu parte dentro del plazo indicado, ya que de ser así, tu cambio hubiese sido aceptado. Lo sentimos pero tras pasar más de un mes desde la recepción de tu pedido, no podemos aceptar tu cambio.

L'équipe a répondu rapidement à nos sollicitations lorsque nous nous demandions quand notre article devait arriver. Le mieux est d'informer le client du délai normal dès la commande puis ensuite le prévenir proactivement si le délai ne sera pas respecté.

Le client peut avoir l'impression que sa commande n'avance pas ou bien que l'entreprise n'existe pas.

Sinon j'ai bien reçu les produits attendus et conformes.
