La livraison s'est bien déroulée, dans la moyenne pour le délai en Europe.

Le retour s'est bien déroulé mais le service client ne répond pas toujours aux messages envoyés ce qui est frustrant ; une meilleure communication serait souhaitable.

La texture de la housse est spécifique (grosses mailles) et désagréable au toucher.

Les produits que nous avons disponibles sur le web sont identiques au tissu d'origine, fabriqué à partir de hehco, les échantillons de couleur sont extraits directement du tissu. La couleur peut varier en fonction des pixels de l'écran de chaque appareil. Nous sommes désolés que le produit ne vous ait pas plu.

El gris es más oscuro del que parece en la web, pero es muy bonito, no es un color plano, tiene como un efecto jaspeado. La hemos comprado para un sofá Ikea Beddinge (que ahora está descatalogado) y se adapta a la perfección. La textura del tejido es muy agradable y parece resistente.
