Abbiamo studiato bene il tuo caso e poiché si tratta di un aggiornamento di fabbrica dal relaxer 4 pezzi al relaxer 2 pezzi, ti rimborseremo il resto del tuo ordine. Prevedo che questa modifica sia stata apportata per migliorare il prodotto e il suo posizionamento. Tuttavia, se il prodotto non è di tuo gradimento, nessun problema.

Pessima esperienza...il prodotto che mi è stato spedito non era lo stesso ordinato, a seguito della mia segnalazione mi è stato risposto che non producendolo più mi avevano inviato quello in sostituzione senza neanche contattarmi prima. Ho effettuato il reso ma nonostante l’errore da parte loro mi hanno comunque addebitato le spese di spedizione per il reso.
Sicuramente non ordinerò mai più da loro!
