He tenido que devolver las fundas porque siguiendo las medidas que dan no se ajustan a la realidad, las fundas de sillón eran enormes y la de sofá de dos plazas se quedaba a la mitad.

El tejido de la funda está bien pero no se corresponde el color lino con el mostrado en la web ni en el papel de envío e indican pagar los portes del cambio!

Tal y como le hemos indicado telefónicamente, los colores que aparecen en la web, son fieles y reales a la funda real. Dependiendo del monitor o pantalla de visualización, si que pueden variar los colores, en función de los píxeles y calidad de pantalla.

Del mismo modo, el pigmento de color, siempre varia de impresión a pantalla, por lo que puede tener una ligera variación. Siempre indicamos a nuetsros clientes, que la paleta de colores muestra el color exacto ya que se trata de un recorte extraído directamente del tejido de la funda.

Le hemos mandado el color que ha pedido, por lo que según nuestras condiciones de venta, debe regirse a nuestra política de cambios y/o devoluciones.

El envío llegó bastante más tarde de lo que me hubiera gustado porque coincidió con las vacaciones de verano de la empresa. Pude hablar por teléfono con el servicio de atención al cliente, que fueron quienes me explicaron el motivo del retraso, y la verdad que la atención fue excelente.

Estoy contenta con la funda, se ha ajustado bien al puff. Concidió que hice el pedido en verano (agosto) y al estar la empresa de vacaciones llegó más tarde de lo que me hubiera gustado. Por lo demás todo bien :D
