Estoy muy contenta con las fundas. Llegaron muy pronto y se ajustan muy bien a lo que buscaba. El tejido es de buena calidad, son muy agradables al tacto y se han adaptado muy bien a los sofás y sillones. Parece que tengo muebles nuevos, llaman la atención de todo el que llega a casa.

Solicité información para saber que funda me convenía y prácticamente en el momento me respondieron aconsejándome sobre los modelos y como tenía que hacer el pedido. La funda me llegó en tres días en pleno confinamiento y además me regalaron una mascarilla!! Un servicio excelente!!

Estimada Natacha,
Tal y como se indica en nuestra web, "El producto debe ser devuelto en las mismas condiciones en que se entregó, con el uso justo para una mera comprobación del buen estado y/o funcionamiento del mismo y con el embalaje original completo, si no el bien sufrirá una depreciación."

La funda devuelta llegó a nuestro almacen depreciada, con pelos en su interior. Tal y como se indica, no podemos proceder al reembolso del producto, pero si enviar de nuevo la funda al cliente, como ya le comentamos.
