El producto llegó perfectamente embalado. tiene un diseño muy bonito y aunque cuesta un poco ponerlo, es cierto que se adapta súper bien porque mi chaisselongue no es un modelo fácil de adaptar. Ha quedado precioso. Lo único que echo en falta más separadores (salen 6) y se quedan cortos para poder ajustar bien la funda. En mi caso harían falta otros seis más para asegurarme de que no se mueven. El color es muy bonito, es ligera y agradable al tacto. Un poquito elevada de precio eso sí, pero muy contenta con la compra.

Estimado Jose,
El departamento de calidad ha valorado las fotos de su producto y nos indican que, las bolitas que presenta el tejido son de color oscuro, con lo que no son propias del tejido, si no serían del mismo color de la funda. Las bolitas se han producido por fricción con otros tejidos de color oscuro, pero no por ningún defecto en la tela.

El envío, un poco lento, pero finalmente llegó bien. Tenía una oferta de "gastos de envíos gratis" por confinamiento, y no se me permitió reabrir el pedido para añadir las fundas de las sillas. La oferta sólo era para el primer pedido, y pagué gastos por el segundo pedido. Error mío. En lineas generales, muy bien. El empaquetado muy correcto.
