El envío tardó en llegar más de 2 semanas.
La funda se destiñe por dejarla secarse al sol. Después de 3 meses de reclamar a través de la web, no han tenido la decencia de contestar con una solución. No la recomiendo. No dan la cara.

Con tan solo un mail o una llamada procedemos a la devolución, siempre que estés dentro del plazo de 14 días naturales. Se han cobrado los portes que se han ocasionado de ida y vuelta de recogida de tu paquete por el transportista.

Si la funda no se ajusta bien a tu sofá es porque el modelo no es compatible con la forma y tamaño de tu sofá. Para nuevos pedidos, no olvides usar nbuestro asistente de medidas para no cometer de nuevo el mismo error.
