El salvasofá que pediste corresponde totalmente al de la fotografía de la web. En caso de ver un tono diferente, será por el monitor o pantalla de tu pc o móvil que puede variar en pequeños píxeles.

Estimada clienta,
Debido al periodo vacacional, tal y como te indicamos mediante mail y un mensaje en la web, el pedido se iba a demorar porque los proveedores cerraban por vacaciones. El tiempo estimado de entrega tuvo un transcurso normal, si contamos con el periodo vacacional. Tuviste 14 días para hacer cambios y devoluciones y desafortunadamente no tuvimos noticias tuyas. Sentimos que hayas quedado descontenta con el resultado de las fundas.

El modelo Vega es una funda elástica y no encaja en todo tipo de sofás. Si te queda pequeño es porque esta funda no es compatible con el tamaño y forma de tu sofá. Contamos con un asistente de medidas para que no ocurran este tipo de equivocaciones.

Llame para saber la fecha exacta de entrega de mi pedido, me dijeron que al ser un producto de confeción tardarian un poco más, tenia invitados y lo necesitava para ese fin de semana, me llamaron para decirme que lo tendria todo para ese fin de semana.

Está muy bien, con la salvedad de que es algo pequeña para la parte de la chaise long y el elástico de la parte baja no permite su adecuado ajuste. Por lo demás, me parece estupenda y el trato del personal espectacular!
