Pésima experiencia con Maxifundas. Compré una funda de sofá que perdió su color tras un lavado siguiendo sus instrucciones.
Intenté devolverla, pero me negaron la devolución alegando que el tejido estaba estirado, algo falso, y que al haberla lavado ya no podían aceptarla.
No se hicieron responsables del defecto del producto y finalmente me dijeron que tomara las medidas que considerara oportunas.
Muy decepcionado con el servicio y la calidad del producto.

Como te comentamos vía mail y tras revisar detenidamente las fotografías que nos enviaste, el Departamento de Calidad confirmó que la diferencia de tonalidad que percibes en la funda se debe al estiramiento del tejido en ciertas áreas, lo que puede hacer que el elastano sea más visible y, por tanto, parezca más clara en algunas zonas. Este efecto es una característica del diseño y no un defecto del producto.

Respecto a la devolución, nuestra política establece que no podemos aceptar productos que hayan sido lavados o utilizados, ya que no podemos garantizar su estado original para otros clientes. Esta política está diseñada para asegurar la calidad y seguridad de todos nuestros productos.

Agradable al tacto y parece de buena calidad.
En nuestro caso, se adapta perfectamente en posición normal, pero en el momento que una plaza adopta la posición de relax (la banqueta se adelanta ligeramente y el respaldo se reclina), pierde la adaptación en las plazas contiguas.
Creemos que sería mucho más efectivo si fuese dividido en 3 piezas individuales de forma que la posición de una plaza con el correspondiente movimiento de su cubre no afectaría a las plazas vecinas.
