Para nosotros el producto, a pesar de estar bien confeccionado y calzar bien en el sofá, lamentablemente era de una tela nada agradable al tacto, muy áspera. Como tampoco era gruesa, traslucía el color original del clic clac. El color tampoco era exactamente como esperábamos. Así que tuvimos que quitarlo casi de inmediato. Perdí la apuesta con mi marido que ama su sofá viejo ☹️

Es importantísimo que al hacer una compra por internet, no sólo el producto responda a las expectativas y la calidad, el color, medidas etc. sea segun lo anunciado, sino que además, se pueda contactar con la empresa para realizar consultas antes de la compra. Por la estupenda atención recibida, por teléfono, por la amabilidad y profesionalidad, la eficacia y la rapidez con que las señoritas que cogen el telefono me atendieron y resolvieron todas mis dudas, le doy un 10 y mi agradecimiento. Asimismo destaco la calidad del producto, más bonito aún en la realidad. Llegó a casa en el tiempo prometido. O sea que recomiendo al 100 por 100 a esta empresa. Gracias.
