Livraison rapide, Commande correspond à mes attentes. Juste une housse de coussin était mal fini. La couture passe à travers la fermeture éclair et on ne peut pas ouvrir la fermeture. Comme j'étais surtout intéressée par la housse de canapé, je ne l'ai pas renvoyé.

notre commande a mis plus d’un mois à arriver et on a dû réclamer . par contre notre réclamation a été très vite traitée avec efficacité. les housses ne sont pas de très bonne qualité, si j’avais su qu’on verrait à travers j’aurais pris la qualité au dessus!

Bonjour,
Les délais sont extrêmement longs. Plus d'un mois pour avoir ma housse. Pour la réception du colis, on reçoit un sms anonyme, on ne sait même pas qu'il s'agit de la livraison de la housse (j'ai pensé à un spam!). Bref pas super satisfaite. Je ne recommande pas

Pedí el foulard viena para el sofá y el color es exacto al de la foto. Queda estupendo así que repetí modelo en otro color para la cama. Me ha sorprendido gratamente la calidad, además no quedan arrugas y queda bien sujeto. Hace más de una semana que lo puse en el sofá y no he tenido que recolocarlo. Muy contenta con estos foulards
