Envío 6€, devolución 6€, y coger otra cosa otros 6€, a lo que ya me negué, no iba a pagar 18€ de envío por un cubre sofá de 24. Total 12€ tirados por equivocarme con la medida. La persona de administración bastante antipática, y la gestión en general como del Pleistoceno. De los productos no puedo opinar, la gestión nada recomendable.

Contenta con la atención al cliente (pregunté qué funda se podría adaptar mejor a mi sofá) y con el envío. La funda, sin embargo, no se puede adaptar al 100% a mi sofá porque este tiene poquito espacio para poner los trozos de espuma y en la parte del respaldo la funda queda levantada. Le pongo una tela por encima y no se nota tanto. Me gusta la calidad. En general estoy contenta.
