Compre unas fundas para mi sofá modelo “Niagara” color Beige tamaño “M” , antes de hacer el pedido contacte con el Departamento de atención al cliente envié unas fotos , las medidas y me asesoraron que talla me irían mejor , las fundas se acoplan perfectamente al sofá y es muy práctico de poner y quitar, muy contenta con la compra , los plazos de entrega y el asesoramiento.

A día de hoy no tengo mi pedido, el envío tarde mucho es muy lento y el punto pak de mi localidad un desastre, no recibí ningún mensaje por ninguna parte de que mi envío había llegado , por lo que después de llamar a mi punto pak me dijeron que aún no había llegado , lo volví a reclamar y lo habían devuelto sin avisarme ni por su parte ni por parte del transportista ni por parte de maxifundas
