Lo enviasteis rápido sin embargo tardó varios días y el paquete llegó en pésimas condiciones doblado incluso roto. Tengo fotos si las necesitais.

Hola Neus lo primero agradecerte el comentario ya que con ello nos ayudas a mejorar.
En cuanto al estado del paquete, es una pena que la empresa de transporte no trate el paquete con delicadeza ya que desde nuestro almacén el paquete sale en perfecto estado. Estamos trabajando para mejorar el servicio de mensajería.
De todas formas si el producto hubiese estado dañado o en mal estado, nos haríamos cargo de los costes de transporte para realizar un cambio o devolución.
