Recientemente hicimos nuestro 1er pedido de ropita para nuestro bebé, y la experiencia ha sido muy satisfactoria. Llegó todo perfecto, y la ropa preciosa. Sin duda repetiremos! Lo recomiendo 100%.

Estoy muy descontenta con la compra, hace mas de una semana que le compre a mi hijo unos zapatos Biomecanics porque se le han quedado pequeños los que tenía, opte por este vendedor pues según decía el envío era en 24-48 horas y como me urgía hice la compra, no sólo no me llegó en ese tiempo, según el comerciante que me llamo a los cinco días es que se equivocaron y se lo mandaron a otra persona, (si es así lo normal es que asuman el error y manden un envío urgente no en correo normal)sigo sin recibir los zapatos hoy martes después de 10 días y me he tenido que gastar el dinero en comprarle otros a mi hijo pues era urgente,nunca mas volveré a comprar aquí, no cuidan al cliente y encima piden mi opinión, puez aqui la tienen y espero que otra persona que necesite algo urgente lo tenga en cuenta.

Al tener un error en el envío marcaba como entregado la web de Correos.
Hasta que la otra clienta se puso en contacto con nosotros para informarnos de que había recibido sus zapatillas por error no sabíamos nada, acto seguido nos pusimos en contacto con usted para informarle lo ocurrido podíamos haber puesto excusas pero fuimos sinceros, al final al cabo se trata de un error humano.
