En cuanto al pedido tengo valoración positiva por la rapidez en llegada a tienda, en cuanto a la dependienta de la tienda no tenía ni idea de cómo tramitar un pedido on line con lo cual no me gusta la falta de formación de las empleadas. Si mejoraría que te llegara un aviso cuando llegue mercancía a tienda

Me parece mal que no se puedan hacer cambios o devoluciones de las prendas que no queden bien , en mi caso hubo un pedido que me quedaba grande y cual fue mi sorpresa que en la factura ponía que no se podía hacer NI CAMBIOS, NI DEVOLUCIONES, ósea que he tirado mi dinero. ( Es más estoy por consultar al consumidor para ver si esto es legal)
Vamos no volveré a hacer más pedidos y mucho menos recomendar esta compra on line a modas KENIA

Hola Jessica te pedimos disculpas por el malentendido. Ha sido un fallo administrativo al utilizar las facturas de Venta al Mayor. Pero efectivamente en la web y la tienda online tenemos todo preparado para que puedas hacer las devoluciones que quieras. Puedes leer las condiciones en la tienda online. Incluso gestionamos las devoluciones en todas las tiendas que tenemos en Gran Canaria. Sentimos mucho el erro y entendemos que al leer esto en la factura hayas tenído esta reacción. Un saludo
