el envío y la atención al cliente fue muy bueno. El único apunte es que considero que se debe cambiar la política de devolución de la tienda, puesto que creo que si algo no te gusta o no te queda bien, que te devuelvan el dinero sin problemas, sin tener que obligarte a cambiarlo por otra cosa de la tienda o por un vale. Todo ello, teniendo en cuenta que la compra por internet siempre te puede sorprender y que es mucho más cómodo saber que puedes devolver algo con facilidades, puesto que así vuelves a repetir sin el miedo a que si no te gusta lo tienes que cambiar por otra o un vale

La ropa y la tienda me han encantado, recibir un correo de en que estado estaba en cada momento mi pedido me parece muy acertado. La única pega que puedo poner, es que pagué 8€ De gastos de envio y para mi gusto, teniendo en cuenta el precio, el envio ha sido un poco lento (una semana des de que realice el pago). Por lo demás, encantada, volveré a comprar.

Es la primera compra que realizo, no sabía que tenían tienda online. Y lo hize porque vi un vestido en el escaparate de la tienda de la ballena, pero las chicas que trabajan allí estaban muy ocupadas en su conversación y no me hicieron ni caso para poder probarmelo. Pensé que lo encontraría en otra tienda pero no fue así. Por eso me anime a pedirlo online la verdad que me ha gustado mucho, se hace de forma fácil, rápida y sencilla. El pedido lo recibí en la tienda, tardo unos días en llegar. Elegí esa opción porque no tenía costes.
Pedí un vestido que llegó un poco arrugado pero en buenas condiciones.
Volveré a pedir seguro!
