No volveré a comprar ni recomendar este sitio. Mi experiencia con ellos ha sido nefasta.
Invito a los clientes que tengan que hacer una devolución, a que hagan videos y un reportaje fotográfico para poder reclamarles algo...y que no te cobren los gastos de envío de la devolución de lo que te han enviado defectuoso.

Sinceramente para nosotros "experiencia nefasta" sería si nunca hubiera recibido su pedido después de haber pagado, si no respondiéramos a todos sus mensajes en menos de 24h, o si no le hubiéramos ofrecido ninguna solución... pero Vd su única queja y experiencia es que ha tenido que abonar unos gastos de recogida de 4.95€ por la devolución de dos carcasas para móvil cuando una de ellas según nuestro proveedor y nosotros mismos no presentaba ningún defecto.

Para hacer una devolución, nuestros Clientes no necesitan hacer ningún reportaje como otras de sus reseñas en Google, pero sí que les pedimos como fue su caso foto o video de cada incidencia para documentarla debidamente a proveedor y que en caso de rechazo la podamos reclamar. De otro modo, si el proveedor nos deniega la devolución como así ha ocurrido, nosotros no podemos demostrar el defecto ni asumir además unos gastos para los que ni siquiera estamos obligados, al igual que ningún comercio le va abonar a Vd los gastos de desplazamiento por acudir nuevamente a su tienda para solucionar un problema con un producto.

En cualquier caso, lamentamos no haber cumplido sus expectativas y le deseamos mucha suerte para futuras compras en otras webs.
