El envío lo recibí al día siguiente del anunciado y no especifican la hora aproximada, ni siquiera si la entrega va a ser por la mañana o por la tarde, lo que me obligó a estar 2 días pendiente del envío sin poder moverme de casa.
Tema del envío mejorable.

Alfombra perfecta para que los niños jueguen. Muy buena calidad. Limpieza fácil. La compré hace 3 años para un nieto y está en perfecto estado a pesar del intenso uso. Ahora repito para otra nieta. Totalmente recomendable

El corte no era muy preciso en cuanto a medidas solicitadas, hubo que recortar unos 5 mm. Tras unos días puesta, se ve que hincha un poco, y es necesario recortar un poco más.

Muchas gracias por su comentario :-) Es posible que si el felpudo va en un foso hayan dejado ese margen para que se pueda colocar in situ bien. Normalmente cuando van en foso es mejor pasarse un par de mm para que quede bien incustado posteriormente. Por experiencia, hay varios factores a tener en cuenta cuando el felpudo va en un foso, que el propio foso no sea rectangular, el corte que se realice en el taller (normalmente cumplen bastante bien las medidas), y la posible dilatación del felpudo (como en cualquier material). Si se hincha, puede que sea porque el felpudo está apretado contra las paredes del foso y por eso puede hacer algo de bolsa. Quizás haya que rebajar un poco uno de sus lados para darle más holgura. Muchas gracias por su comentario :-) Como realizamos muchos tipos de alfombras distintos, y pedidos también manuales o personalizados, a veces en administración tardan un poquito en preparar las facturas. Ya hemos hecho lo posible por automatizarlo todo, pero aún así no podemos al 100% :-) Tengo entendido que ya estaba todo solucionado :-) Muchas gracias ¡Un abrazo!
