Tu pedido lo has hecho el día 14/01 y lo has recibido el día 26/01, dentro del plazo estimado de entrega que has elegido. Al seleccionar el método de envío también se informa de la fecha de entrega estimada. No entendemos tu comentario de que tu pedido "tardó más de 15 días", exactamente han sido 12 días.

Elegí este papel por el diseño, no está visto y me parece muy dulce y elegante para un dormitorio infantil. Me encanta el papel pintado así que no dudaré de volver a realizar un pedido.

El papel era para una pared con gotelé, tras colocarse con los productos recomendados , sé despego y abrió. Lo único que supieron decirme es que el instalador había hecho mal su trabajo y después que el decorador no había recomendado adecuadamente. Para mi fatal es poco, peor el trato telefónico recibido.

Ni el papel comprado ni la cola que se compró para su colocación han cumplido con una mínimas expectativas, al igual que la atención telefónica recibida, ante las dificultades lo único que han hecho es culpabilizar a los gremios ajenos y nada sobre su asesoramiento en la compra. No recomiendo comprar en Murake. El papel se abrió y la cola no lo sujeto. Pero claro... ellos no son responsables.

¡Hola, Cristina!

En tu caso hemos hecho una excepción, ya que el modelo que habías comprado (se indicaba antes de hacer la compra) no admitía devolución y aún así hemos gestionado un cambio por otro modelo. Después de 3 intentos de recogida en domicilio, nos indicas de que el telefonillo no funciona, por lo que la recogida por el transportista se dificulta. En nuestro caso hemos gestionado las incidencias oportunas con el transporte, a pesar de no ser por causa nuestra, y lo hemos solucionado lo antes posible. ¡Esperamos que haya quedado genial el nuevo modelo elegido!
