Muy buena logistica, atención post-venta, embalaje.... Ya lo he puesto antes, quizá os recomendaría mejorar la vista de los papeles en la web las fotos no son de mucha calidad y al no poderse ampliar por ejemplo en mi caso tuve muchas dudas porque no veía bien el papel que quería comprar, como ese estampado no es muy común y para el proyecto quería pata de gallo y no otra cosa, me arriesgué pero no todo el mundo lo haga y es una pena porque tenéis papeles también algunos que no he visto en las decenas de webs que he mirado y cientos de papeles que he visto. Creo que es vital esto porque se esta comprando papel, fotos que incluso se pueda apreciar la textura, también ví que algún otro hay más fotos y se aprecia lo que digo. Gracias por todo.

Realmente pagué el servicio urgente y me llegó antes de lo esperado. Por haber día de fiesta en medio la previsión de entrega era más amplia pero me llegó con la urgencia como si no hubiese sido festivo. El embalaje y la presentación muy cuidada con los detalles que me gustan tanto de cuando alguien cuida esos elemenots. Ya lo he instalado y todo, que lo hice el mismo día. En tres días papel elegido e instalado. Genial. Recomendable 100%. Lo único que diría por hacer una crítica constructiva por ejemplo en el caso de este papel, la web le faltaría fotos de más calidad, la elección es muy difícil a distancia sin mayor calidad en la foto que veía y yo me decidí a comprarlo sin verlo bien pero puede haber alguien que desestime la compra cuando realmente lo hubiera comprado. 0s animo a seguir mejorando!
