¡Hola Vanesa!

Has elegido el "Envío Estándar" (gratuito) cuando has hecho el pedido, y se te han indicado las fechas de entrega antes de realizar el pago (entre el 20 - 26 de abril).

En tu caso, el pedido lo has recibido el 19 de abril, incluso antes de la fecha elegida.

En cuanto al cálculo de los rollos, el modelo que has comprado tiene case (desperdicio), seguramente lo has colocado sin hacer ese case por eso te ha sobrado un rollo.

De todas formas, puedes ponerte en contacto con nosotros en [email protected] para hacer la devolución de ese rollo si ya no lo necesitas y está sin abrir.
