Todo dentro de los plazos que se indican acerca del envío, consulte porque creía que estaba tardando mucho y le respondieron al momento que la colcha tienen que confeccionarla y por eso tardan más, viene especificado en la descripción del producto pero yo no lo había visto.

El producto en sí está bien. Tal y como se describe y viene en la fotografía. El problema que tuve fue con la atención al cliente y con el envío. Efectivamente anuncian que tardan 12 días laborables en enviarlo. Mi envío tardó más de 15 días (si no recuerdo mal, fueron 16 o 17 días), y ni siquiera en atención al cliente se pusieron de acuerdo en decirme cuando iba a llegar. No tuve noticias del envío ni de la situación del producto hasta 15 días después de hacer el encargo, dos días después, llegó.

Estimada Julia,
Los productos de la firma Orian son de confección especial y tal y como indicas, el tiempo de confección es de 10 a 12 días laborables. El pasado 19/05/2020 pasamos tu pedido a fábrica y salió de nuestras instalaciones el día 01/06/2020, dentro de plazo, ya que al ser días laborables, se ocasionaron 10 días. El prodcuto fue entregado en su hogar un día despues.

Sentimos las molestias ocasinadas, pero según el fabricante, el tiempo de fabricación oscila entre 5 y 12 días laborables.

El producto está en un tejido tan fino que no se puede considerar colcha.
El texto en una cama individual queda tan arriba que lo tapan las almohadas.
El tiempo de entrega a sido superior a tres semanas.
