Todo de excelente calidad y muy bien empaquetado. Solo eché en falta que el pedido saliera antes o al menos que me informarán de por qué se retrasaba la salida si en la web aparecía todo en stock. En resumen, todo perfecto, buenas marcas y mejores precios que Amazon y otras tiendas conocidas. Gracias.

Sentimos que se haya demorado más de lo previsto tu pedido. En ocasiones ocurren roturas de stock en fabrica y al no disponer de tejido no se pueden fabricar los productos elegidos. Informamos a nuestros clientes de este tipo de problemas. Quizás surgió algún imprevisto en el departamento de atención al cliente y por ello no fuiste avisada. Sentimos las molestias ocasionadas.

El edredón es estupendo. Se ajusta perfectamente y no es muy ancho, lo que hace no tener que estar metiéndolo por los lados. Muy calentito. Estoy muy contenta con él.

Toda la gestión ha sido muy rápida incluso con festivo por medio y en todo momento informada. De la empresa de mensajería no puedo decir lo mismo. Realice cambio de lugar de entrega un día antes de la misma y no hicieron caso del aviso.
