Me pusieron ausente siendo mentira pues me pasé todo el viernes esperando el paquete, ni llamada ni papel en esa supuesta ausencia, vergonzoso.Menuda respuesta por parte de la tienda en vez de reclamar al transporte por su mal gestión, de nuevo VERGONZOSO y más les vale coger la escoba y repartir con una bruja profesional. Sigan contestando asi so listos. Y tengan por seguro que no volveré a comprar nada más en su maldita tienda online, indignante su respuesta vuelvo a insistir

Apreciada Susana,
Como estamos seguros que ya habrás imaginado, nosotros no cogemos la escoba y vamos repartiendo paquetes, así que esto fue cosa del transportista. A pesar de todo, y como es normal, somos nosotros los que hubiéramos asumido las consecuencias en caso de contactarnos y explicarnos lo que había pasado, entre otros motivos porque si lo haces cuando pasa y con datos preciso (fecha, hora, localidad, etc.) podemos reclamar a la empresa que hace los envíos.
La próxima vez, en lugar de venir a dejar una opinión negativa rápidamente, te aconsejamos que hables con la tienda online (sea cual sea).
