No me ha valido para nada. Les envié un correo y no me han respondido. Por dentro lleno de pegamento que hizo que se me rompiera todo al intentar dejar la marca en relieve. Ni me hab dado opciones

No les importa mi opinión cuando ya hace tiempo que les escribí y les envié fotos de cómo me enviaron un sello seco. Inservible. Estaba lleno de pegamento por las caras internas y al intentar dejar la marca del sello seco se pegó todo
No me respondieron ni me dieron más opciones. Desde luego me han cobrado un sello que no uso pero han perdido una clienta

¡CONSULTA ! :
Si pasadas unas fechas, "por conveniencia exclusivamente mía",(ningún error de digiSellos), quiesiera cambiar la parte personalizada ,(pictograma y/ó literal del sello) :
1 . ¿Podrían hacerlo Ustedes, remitiéndoles el boligrafo , para hacer esa modificación?.
2. (Caso de ser posible). Coste adicional de esa rectificación.

Rapidez en la entrega... Ninguna. Después de diez días aún no lo he recibido, y puse entrega en 24 horas.

Atención al cliente... Mando un WhatsApp al número de teléfono que aparece en su web con la incidencia, aparece como leído, pero ninguna respuesta.
