Llegó días después, dije que el sello no estaba bien y la respuesta fue: estamos de vacaciones, gracias.
Y todo esto por WhatsApp, porque no me cogían el teléfono. No me llamaron, pero si les dio tiempo a poner una mala reseña en Google sobre mi empresa, cuando jamás han estado allí, ni me han comprado nada, y no opinando sobre sobre mis productos, si no sobre mi persona.

Necesitaba el sello urgente. Llegó con urgencia, pero defectuoso. Me propusieron "solucionarlo" enviando una nueva almohadilla que, de momento, ni ha llegado. Reclamo la devolución del producto y me dicen que no se puede. Reclamo, al menos, la compensación por el servicio de urgencia que pagué y que no han cumplido porque no he podido usar el sello cuando lo necesitaba al estar defectuoso, y me derivan a un "departamento" para "estudiar" el caso. Yo tengo empresa. Claramente, esto es un servicio MUY DEFICIENTE a un cliente.

Pues el sello me gustó, queda genial el exlibiris plasmado en mis libros. Si que es cierto que lo esperaba más grande pero en resumen, no está muy bien. Gracias por la rapidez.
