Magnífico trato. Incluso hubo un pequeño problema con mi diseño (por mi parte) y me llamaron para ofrecerme opciones sin que tuviera que molestarme personalmente por realizar algún cambio.

Atencion pesima. No querian hacer el logo pero tampoco querian hacer un reembolso. Finalmente hicieron un logo negro entero y entregaron mas de una semana tarde, mientras que se pagó entrega 24h. Mejor hacerlos en otro sitio

Estimada Rita. Como le explicamos en conversación teléfonica debe enviar diseños aptos para la impresión. En caso contrario nuestro departamento de diseño se ve obligado a realizar las modificaciones necesarias para la correcta visualización de su sello. lamentamos que no haya entendido el gran incremento de coste que supone para nosotros y que se le ha realizado gratuitamente. En cuanto al atraso, este es debido precisamente a los trabajos adicionales de diseño que hemos tenido que realizar.

Mejor de lo esperado. Nuestro logo lleva muchos detalles y la imagen que imprime es perfecta, casi parece realizado con una impresora de tinta en vez de un sello... Muy contentos con el resultado.
