Realicé el pedido con pago extra para el envío urgente y recibí el paquete dos días después de lo previsto. Reclamé a vuestra atención al cliente pero no se hizo caso de lo que me quejaba.

Estimada Natalia. La marcación de los sellos en seco se solicita dependiendo del gramaje del papel a marcar. Como ya hablamos por teléfono seleccionó papel normal cuando tenía que haber seleccionado papel grueso de 170 gr. En este caso puede solicitar una nueva pinza con el grabado para papel grueso.

Esta bien, pero no perfecto.
Quería que en el sello la palabra traductor llevara otra a para que fuera en femenino. Nadie me aviso que debido a esta a añadida las letras estarían muy apelmazadas. No me gusta como quedo el sello, no me gusta tampoco el tipo de letra.

Estimada Kristina. El sello de traductor jurado tiene unas medidas muy concretas que se establecen en el B.O.E. no pudiendo en ningún caso sobrepasar esa medida. Dependiendo de la longitud de su nombre nos veremos obligados a juntar las letras para no incrementar el tamaño de la impresión de su sello.
