Tras una incidencia miy desagradable con ellos, en los que el producto final y el trato telefonico habia sido deplorable, he de reconocer que han sabido solucionar todas las incidencias de manera efectiva, rapida y profesional. Me cambiaron el sello enseguida cumpliendo con lo que habia contratado. El resultado es excelente y la profesionalidadel equipo merece mencion especial. Sin duda volveria a apostar por sus servicios. El único problema lo tuvimos con el diseño del sello ya que los archivos enviados para prepararlo no tenían calidad suficiente y eso retrasó la fabricación y el envío de los sellos.

Estimado Alfonso. Debemos garantizar en todo momento que su sello va a realizar una impresión correcta. Como usted ha indicado el archivo que nos proporcionó era un escaneado de una imagen con una baja calidad por lo que tuvimos que rehacer por completo su diseño sin coste para usted. Debe entender que esto genere un retraso en la entrega de su pedido.

Todo perfecto. Recibí el pedido de mis sellos incluso un día antes de lo esperado. En la web hay mucha variedad de modelos y por teléfono me resolvieron unas dudas que tenía sobre uno de los modelos antes de realizar la compra.

El tamaño del sello no se ajustaba al pedido

Estimado Eric. Vimos que había una variación de apenas dos milímetros en el diseño que le enviamos. Es aconsejable indicar en el apartado observaciones la medida exacta en caso de que sea muy concreta. No obstante el mismo día que recibión su sello le fue enviada una nueva unidad con el tamaño exacto.
