Pagué un suplemento bastante importante para tener el pedido al día siguiente, viernes, antes de las 2 pm. Lamentablemente, el pedido llegó el lunes. Estoy muy descontento con esto y con la atención que recibí por teléfono, y por ello pretendo reclamar los gastos de envío.

Hola Pablo. Su pedido estaba preparado para la entrega el Viernes como estaba previsto. Usted solicitó un cambio de entrega a la empresa de mensajería que provocó el retraso de la entrega de su sello. Lamentamos su incidencia pero debe entender que se ha producido por cuestiones ajenas a nuestra voluntad.

Si, lo se, lo entiendo. solo que crei que despues de varios dias ya se veria reflejado el pago y me enviarian el sello. tarde en enviar el justificante por que mi banco no lo genero en el momento y luego se me paso enviarlo, De todas maneras me gusto mucho el sello. gracias!!!

Hola jana. usted solicitó el pago de su pedido mediante transferencia y no envío el justificante de pago hasta 3 días después, momento en el que pasamos su pedido a producción. Lamentamos su incidencia pero debe entender que no pasamos pedidos a producción hasta que el pago no está confirmado ya que es un sello personalizado exclusivamente para usted. Esperamos que entienda nuestra forma de trabajar.
