Surmatelas à mémoire S5 . J’ai déjà acheté chez SENSO G plusieurs surmatelas à mémoire de forme. Le délai de livraison est respecté, la prestation effectuée par GLS est parfaite, le produit est très bien emballé. Ce surmatelas apporte le confort moelleux que je recherche.. Je recommande ce produit en complément sur un matelas un peu ferme, il apportera de la douceur !

Bonjour
Les matelas sont arrivés rapidement et en bon état. En revanche ils étaient annoncés d'une épaisseur de 21 cm et ils sont en réalité de 19 cm.
J'ai envoyé un mail au service client resté sans réponse... Dommage.

Merci pour votre retour. En hiver, il arrive que les matelas mettent un peu plus de temps à retrouver leur forme et leur épaisseur optimales, à cause des températures plus fraîches. Il suffit de leur laisser un peu de temps pour qu’ils récupèrent pleinement.

Desde el día que hice la compra del colchón hasta recibirlo ha sido toda una pesadilla por la falta de profesionalidad de GLS y la poca vergüenza y falta de respeto hacia mi tiempo de Senso. Después de hacerme perder varias mañanas esperando el pedido que nunca llegaba, el pedido me llega incompleto y me preguntan por correo que en qué semana quiero que me llegue el resto del pedido. Surrealista pero así ocurrió. Por cierto el colchón no me ha gustado nada.

Compré el colchon de 90cm y somier , te lo traen a casa en poco tiempo,fácil de montar,y es muy cómodo, calidad/precio excepcional,y encima te hacen un regalo por la compra,sin duda si tengo que comprar otro volveré a comprarlo aquí.

Très confortable ! En revanche il faut un peu de temps pour que l’odeur s’en aille, bien prendre le temps de l’aérer après déballage.
