El vinilo llegó a casa en perfecto estado y un embalaje muy seguro . Colocar el vinilo , con las instrucciones que trae, ha sido muy fácil y el resultado precioso , se ha quedado en la pared como si lo hubiera pintado a mano . Estoy encantada !!

Muy mal porque dicen que hay que sacarlo del rollo en sus “instrucciones” pero claro hay que leerse las instrucciones en su web porque en las instrucciones que vienen con el vinilo no pone nada de eso. Resultado han quedado arrugas porque se ha despegado al tenerlo reservado en el rollo ocasionando eso que ven. No podía quitar el papel blanco! Y se pegaba al vinilo no me ha gustado y no repetiré. Una lástima porque el envío fue rápido, el producto se le ve bueno. Le pongo 2 estrellas por ese motivo

Tener el vinilo guardado no afecta al vinilo a no ser que hablemos de meses. Si quieres nos puedes contactar para buscar una solución.

Las medidas no quedaban claras.
No me facilitasteis como proceder a la devolucion o cambio. Quise hacerlo por otro de mayor tamaño.

StarStick is a family business from Barcelona specializing in children's wall stickers, decorative wall decals and educational stickers for schools. All our designs are hand-drawn by Xevi, our illustrator, one by one, without artificial intelligence. We manufacture in our Barcelona workshop using certified European materials, odour-free and non-toxic, safe for newborn babies.
We decorate bedrooms for babies, girls and boys, shared siblings' rooms and educational spaces: school staircases, corridors, classrooms, libraries and dining halls. We also work with hospitals and paediatric clinics throughout Spain.
