Tardan un poquito en hacer el envío, pero entiendo que es porque te preparan el vinilo según lo pides.
La atención al cliente es buena, pero des del día 1 estamos esperando a que nos recojan un vinilo que nos enviaron equivocado (la gestión de cambio genial! Nos enviaron el correcto de seguida).

LA ATENCIÓN QUE ME HAN DADO A TRAVÉS DEL CHAT HA SIDO EXCELENTE Y LOS VINILOS PERFECTOS.
EL PROBLEMA HA SIDO LA ENTREGA. CORREOS EXPRESS NO ME ENTREGÓ EL PAQUETE EL DÍA PREVISTO PORQUE NO ESTABA EN CASA, PERO NO SE PREOCUPARON DE LLAMAR PARA HACER LA ENTREGA. EN LOS DÍAS POSTERIORES DECÍAN QUE LO IBAN A ENTREGAR Y PONIAN QUE ESTABAMOS AUSENTES CUANDO ERA FALSO.
HASTA QUE POR FIN ENTREGARON EL PAQUETE UNA SEMANA DESPUES. (PARA MI CORREOS EXPRESS ES UN DESASTRE CON LAS ENTREGAS, AL MENOS EN MI ZONA)
