Ayer coloqué el vinilo y tuve una sorpresa en comprobar que no todas las estrellas son blancas hay también grises que no las pude colocar puesto que por aspectos decorativos no encajan.
No estoy muy contenta, en la foto no se aprecia que sean grises y en cambio sí blancas. Si lo hubiera sabido con antelación hubiera adquirido otro modelo.

Lamentamos que no esté satisfecha con el producto adquirido. En las imágenes del producto se puede ver como algunas estrellas son blancas y otras gris clarito. Aún así hemos modificado la ficha del producto y hemos detallado por escrito que no todas las estrellas son blancas. Te recordamos que todos los productos se pueden devolver, siempre y cuando estén en perfectas condiciones.

Con lo que cuesta el vinilo el envío podría ser gratis tal y como lo gestionan otras empresas.
No puedo valorar su servicio de atención al cliente porque no tuve la necesidad de contactar con ellos.
