Creo que la información de la web es muy completa y te ayuda bien a elegir el producto. El envío es rápido y solicité las instrucciones en otro idioma y me las mandaron en seguida.
Estaría bien que avisaran al hacer el pedido que es conveniente sacar los vinilos según llegan, antes de querer pegarlos.

Gran servicio de atención al cliente!!! En un primer momento se perdió el envío y no llevaba a destino, después de hablar con StarStick, sin buscar excusas mandaron otro al instante.

Respecto al servicio de mensajería (correo express), muy deficiente, no llegaba el envío, no daban soluciones, no se actualizaba el estado del pedido en su web... Al diferencia del servicio de atención de Star Stick, todo eran excusas.
