El producto es bueno; la atención, mala. Hice un pedido de vinilo + estrellas complementarias. Me enviaron las estrellas equivocadas. Tuve la mala suerte que hice el pedido estando de obras, preparando la habitación de mi hija, y cuando abrí el paquete habían pasado ya unas 3 semanas. Igualmente, llamé para informar de lo sucedido.
Me hicieron mandar fotos por email y me dijeron que la mayor parte del equipo estaba de vacaciones, que ya hablarían del problema al volver. Esto fue el 5 de agosto y aun no me ha contactado nadie (han pasado 50 días).
Ni repetiré ni lo recomiendo. Solo agradezco que el problema fuera con el pack d estrellas y no con el vinilo grande, que valía 100€,,,

Buenos días, Lamentamos profundamente que aún no haya recibido el pack de estrellas modificado. Según nuestros registros, el sobre con las estrellas correctas fue enviado desde nuestras instalaciones el 3 de septiembre.
Nos gustaría informarle también que, hasta el momento, no hemos recibido ninguna reclamación adicional relacionada con su caso, por lo que este se dio por cerrado tras el envío del sobre. No obstante, si realmente nos confirma que no ha recibido el sobre, le mandaremos de nuevo el pack.
Le agradecemos su comprensión y estamos a su disposición para resolver cualquier inconveniente.

Muy descontenta. Los compré para complementar otro vinilo (conejo con esterllas). Tal como me indicaron, dejé anotado los colores exactos que quería. Me mandaron otros diferentes, que no he podido usar (solo dos estrellas) y, cuando les contacté, me hicieron pasar fotos por email y aun estoy esperando respuesta (hace más de mes y medio).

Precioso y con instrucciones claras. A pesar de ello, no creo que lo monte cualquiera si no eres mínimamente apañado. Mi marido y yo estuvimos una tarde entera, entre los dos, y estuvimos varias veces a punto de tirar la toalla.
