Todo bien, lo único que me fue un poco difícil contactar por teléfono. Envié también algún e-mail y no tuve respuesta. Una vez conseguí, al cabo de unos días de intentarlo, contactar por teléfono fue todo perfecto.

el producte ens ha vingut defectuos en el cavall que te dos ratlles negres q pensavem que era el plastic pero no es la impressió... Una errada que crec q no tindria que succeir. I el Castell li falta retallar una part que esà marcada/troquelada pero no retallada. Per 100eur que ens hem gastat esperavem millor cualitat...

No estoy nada contenta con esta web. Mi pedido aún no ha llegado, desde el 28 de febrero que lo pedí. Ayer lo reclamé y me comentaron que hubo un error de impresión y por eso se ha ralentizado la entrega, pero tan siquiera se molestaron en avisarme. Y ahora sin tener el producto me pedís que haga una valoración... Muy descontenta!

StarStick is a family business from Barcelona specializing in children's wall stickers, decorative wall decals and educational stickers for schools. All our designs are hand-drawn by Xevi, our illustrator, one by one, without artificial intelligence. We manufacture in our Barcelona workshop using certified European materials, odour-free and non-toxic, safe for newborn babies.
We decorate bedrooms for babies, girls and boys, shared siblings' rooms and educational spaces: school staircases, corridors, classrooms, libraries and dining halls. We also work with hospitals and paediatric clinics throughout Spain.
