La atención al cliente es excelente. El envío rápido. Sin embargo el envío es a través de correos express. Mi pedido estuvo unos 10 dias en paradero desconocido.
La gran profresionalidad de StarStick Vinilos, no concuerda con el pasotismo de Correos Express.
Como sugerencia, debían de acordar el envío con otra empresa.

Esto hizo que me enterara cuando vino el repartidor de correos y que, por supuesto, me pillara desprevenida y sin el dinero en efectivo (ya que no existe otra manera de abonarlo). Además de esto, me han cobrado el 21% de IVA viviendo en Canarias donde el impuesto debe ser un 7% de IGIC

StarStick is a family business from Barcelona specializing in children's wall stickers, decorative wall decals and educational stickers for schools. All our designs are hand-drawn by Xevi, our illustrator, one by one, without artificial intelligence. We manufacture in our Barcelona workshop using certified European materials, odour-free and non-toxic, safe for newborn babies.
We decorate bedrooms for babies, girls and boys, shared siblings' rooms and educational spaces: school staircases, corridors, classrooms, libraries and dining halls. We also work with hospitals and paediatric clinics throughout Spain.
