El somier de momento bien. En su página publicitan envíos en 24 horas, Una vez que has realizado el pedido, un comercial se pone en contacto para indicar que los envíos que son de grandes dimensiones tardan de 3 a 4 días, esto se tendría que indicar en el momento de realizar el pedido, porque cuando realizas una compra urgente, automáticamente seleccionas la compra en la página que antes lo entregue.
Otra cosa que se tendría que cambiar, es la entrega en domicilio de estos envíos, no se puede dejar un somier en el portal. Un buen servicio al cliente, consiste en dejar los envíos en el domicilio.

Muy bien todo. Primero compré 1 almohada para probar y como nos gustó, compré 3 más. El envio super rápido. Tuve una incidencia con el pago y me llamaron en seguida y lo solucionaron. Al día siguiente tenía las almohadas en casa. Lo recomiendo

El producto bien. La entrega mal, ya que segun el repartidor la entraga no es en el domicilio, sino en la calle y tuvimos que bajar a recoger los paquetes .
Dada la embergadura de los paquetes, en mi caso eran 3, seria bueno que advirtieran de esta cuestion, porque de haber estado sola en casa en ese momento, me habria sido imposible recogerlos.

Según l información pensé que era enrollable, ha resultado ser bastante duro y tuvimos que subirlo 7 plantas del edificio pues no cave en el ascensor y el transportista dijo que el no lo subía. No se si será cuestión de adaptarse pero nos levantamos con dolores, no es lo cómodo que esperábamos.
