Agradecemos muchísimo tu valoración en cuanto a atención al cliente y productos, y lamentamos sinceramente la incidencia en el envío debido a la confusión del transportista para localizar la dirección exacta. Ya pusimos en conocimiento de la agencia de transporte el tema y nos comentaron que efectivamente fue una confusión del chófer para localizar el número correcto de tu domicilio. No obstante, te agradecemos que lo pusieras en nuestro conocimiento, ya que nos hicimos cargo de transmitir tu queja a la delegación destino del transportista que llevaba tu envío para tratar de evitar que estas cosas sucedan en lo sucesivo. El producto me ha encantado & ha funcionado. Lo unico que no me ha gustado fue el tiempo que tardo en llegar el paquete. Para los gastos que se cobran, deberia ser mas rapido (seur, mrw, etc).

Hola Sandra,

Agradecemos muchísimo tu valoración y comentarte que efectivamente para el envío a islas ya disponemos de 2 transportistas con los que realizar entregas en esa zona: Correos Paq72 cuyo plazo máximo de entrega son 3 días hábiles y SEUR que entrega en 24 Horas, para envíos más urgentes. Es cierto que los envíos a islas son un poco más caros que a península, pero en este caso el coste es muy similar con ambos transportistas, te lo comentamos por si deseas tenerlo en cuenta para posibles futuras compras, que podrías optar por SEUR.
