Ha habido complicaciones para recibirlo porque mi nombre no constava en el paquete.
Solo constava el nombre de la empresa pero, quien lo recibió no sabía para quien era y ha estado perdido por la empresa durante una semana.

Hola Marta, muchísimas gracias por tu opinión. Comentarte que nosotros le facilitamos a la agencia ambos nombres (el de la persona y el de la empresa, cuando se nos indica) pero la agencia nos ha confirmado que ellos solo pueden poner uno en la etiqueta, por lo que unilateralmente han optado por poner el de la empresa. Ya hemos solucionado este detalle con ellos, para que de ahora en adelante pongan el nombre de la empresa en otro apartado, y que en el destinatario aparezca el nombre de la persona. Te reiteramos nuestro agradecimiento, ya que de lo contrario no nos habríamos enterado y podría habernos pasado más veces. Un saludo.
