Han de ofrecer mas productos y mas asequibles, hay mucha afición a sus productos, y por unos precios excesivos se van a cualquier puesto ambulante, y cuando ofertan algo es un producto que lo tienen hace ya años en la web...han de acercar la tauromaquia al aficionado, y si ha de ser con mas imaginación o materiales secundarios para abaratar los precios, creo que lo entenderemos.(Una sub-marca).

La única pega que tiene el servicio es en la empresa de distribución. He realizado dos pedidos y las dos veces he tenido problemas con ellos que han sido resueltos desde Toroshopping, pero que me han ocasionado demoras considerables de tiempo en la recepción de los productos y molestias por tener que efectuar demasiadas llamadas telefónicas a los distribuidores para que me entreguen mi producto y, finalmente, acudir hasta sus oficinas para poder retirtarlos. Se tendrían que ofertar distintas compañías distribuidoras para que el cliente pudiera elegir la que deseara. Por lo concerniente a Toroshopping, muy buenos productos y un trato de cara al cliente excepcional y comprometido.

Accueil téléphonique très chaleureux, personnel très à l´écoute.La visite a RESERVATAURO fut une merveille.Un seul bémol l´explication de l´adresse c´est à côté de Ronda environ 5 kms et il faut tourner au panneau vert de route qui indique km34 (le panneau de la réserve est tout petit), ne pas aller au village de Campillos.

Su Servicio de Atención al Cliente es Espectacular. Para un cartel que tiene un plazo de 24 a 48 horas, me hicieron el favor de asegurar la entrega con la compañía de transportes y el producto me llegó varias horas antes de lo que lo esperaba.Me sacaron de un buen apuro para satisfacer un regalo sorpresa a un amigo Japonés, muy aficionado a los toros, que vino expresamente desde Hungría a despedirse de mi antes de volver a Japón.

En la sección de pulseras y collares estaría bien mostrarlas en fotografías de personas con ellas puestas para poder hacerse una idea del tamaño de estos productos. Gracias.
