El carretón no tiene la calidad para el precio. El envío llego con la caja rota y en correos nos dijeron que venía así. El empaquetado no era bueno. Deberían cuidar más los detalles.

El producto bien, el envío en cuanto a la compañía de transportes también adecuado pero la presentación del producto bastante escasa. Es un pasador de corbata y venía en una bolsa de plástico y luego ya el sobre de la compañía de envíos, esperaba un packaging algo mejor listo para regalar y que no tuviese que comprar una caja aparte para poder regalarlo y que no sea "cutre"

Después de comprar la plaza de toros y el pack intenté comprar 2 toreros, la página daba problemas y después de llamar mil veces la señorita que me atendió no me dio ninguna solución, que lo dejara, una pena para el niño pero a ella no le importa nada
