No llegaron en la fecha prevista, pero el vendedor tuvo la amibidad de avisarme y ponerse en contacto conmigo para comunicarme que para enviar el pedido completo se tardaria unos dias mas, y acepte esperar para no tener que pagar mas caro el envio ya que no hubiera llegado al valor para un mayor descuento.

Zapato muy fino y elegante, muy buen acabado y bonito color. La tapa de la caja venia rota de los laterales pero el contenido que es lo importante perfecto. Además incluye un papel con un bien no de 2€ el proveedor .

La presentación de la tienda on line perfecta. En un primer momento, he estado realmente desencantada, porque realicé el pedido el 27 de febrero, y a fecha 8 de marzo, aún no había recibido nada. No obstante, al enviar la crítica, se pusieron rápidamente en contacto conmigo y me explicaron las causas del retraso. He de decir que de los dos pares que pedí, uno está agotado, pero del que tenían stock, lo he recibido al día siguiente de hablar con ellos, por lo que he de decir, que a día 9 de marzo lo he recibido. Y la verdad, todo perfecto.

Hola Mercedes. Tal como hemos escrito en los otros comentarios, sentimos el error que hemos tenido en este pedido. Ya hemos dado orden para que le llegue el Zapato Colegial de Biomecanics mañana Urgente por MRW y el zueco cerrado de piel azul marino talla 38 le llegará la semana que viene cuando nos llegue de fábrica.
