Sentimos muchísimo lo ocurrido pues estos zapatos talla 38 nos llegan la semana que viene, Hubo una rotura de stock y se pidieron a fábrica, y se han retrasado más de la debido. Nos hemos puesto en contacto con usted por teléfono y por e-mail pero no hemos obtenido respuesta ¿Le parece bien que le enviemos los zapatos colegiales talla 25 mientras tanto para que le llegue mañana?

Muchas gracias por su comentario. Tiene toda la razón. Sentimos muchísimo lo ocurrido pues los zapatos del modelo 7070 talla 38 nos llegan la semana que viene, Hubo una rotura de stock y se pidieron a fábrica, y se han retrasado más de la cuenta. Nos hemos puesto en contacto con usted por teléfono y por e-mail pero no hemos obtenido respuesta ¿Le parece bien que le enviemos los zapatos colegiales talla 25 mientras tanto para que le llegue mañana? El Zueco cerrado de piel dchus talla 38 nos entra la semana que viene y será enviado de forma Urgente para que le llegue a mitad de semana.

Hola Lorena. Lamentamos su descontento y le pedimos sinceras disculpas. Los zapatos de comunión que compró cuestan 14,95 Euros. El acabado no es igual que los Zapatos de comunión hechos en España que cuestan a partir de 30 Euros, pero nunca le deberían haber llegado manchados. Estas manchas las quitaste con un trapo y los zapatos quedaron bien pues nos enseñaste fotos. Nos llamó antes y le ofrecimos enviarle urgente otros zapatos nuevas mostrándole antes fotos de los Zapatos para que eligiese pero finalmente se quedó con los que le llegaron primero al estar las manchas ya quitadas. Sentimos muchísimo lo ocurrido y Ojalá pueda volver a confiar en nosotros.
