Fui no hace mucho a la tienda a por una raqueta de pádel, y me atendió Pablo, el trato fue excepcional, yo no tenía mucha idea, y me ayudó bastante en lo que yo necesitaba, volveré a la tienda, sin ninguna duda. La recomiendo totalmente.

Es injusto que Google no deje poner 0 estrellas. CONTEXTO: Para regalar en reyes pedí unos tenis Asics de la talla que siempre usa, pero con la mala suerte que tallaban pequeños. Pedí información del coste del cambio de talla y del de la devolución, y accedí a abonar 7,95€ para que me hicieran la devolución en mi tarjeta de crédito. Esto fue un martes 9 de enero, bien, el miércoles 10 vinieron a por los tenis, y el sábado 13, al no tener información al respecto y el mensajero tampoco dejar un recibo de recogida, pregunté si les habían llegado ya: Mágicamente sí, y que en los próximos días tendría mi dinero. Después de estar preguntando muchos días sin darme información de por qué no me hacían la transferencia (por teléfono y por whatsapp), sólo sabían decirme que pasaban la incidencia al departamento de administración (que sinceramente, dudo ni que exista, ya que tampoco me facilitaban correo ni teléfono, ni me pasaban para poder hablar con ellos directamente). Sus reiteradas palabras eran que lamentaban lo ocurrido, y que esperaban que se solucionara pronto. HOY 31 DE ENERO AL FIN ME HAN DEVUELTO MI DINERO. He pagado 7,95€ de gastos para que me devuelvan el dinero de 1 a 10 días hábiles según su web, pero no es así. En fin, al menos tengo mi dinero, cosa que llegué a dudar que pasaría. Como les indiqué en alguna ocasión, me he sentido ESTAFADA durante todo este tiempo no sólo por no recibir mi reembolso, si no por no darme ninguna explicación del porqué, ni qué estaba ocurriendo. Una pide en pequeñas tiendas pensando en favorecerlas en lugar de pedir en grandes almacenes como Amazon, pero así es como responden. Desde luego que los recomiendo cero, y no les volveré a pedir nada.

Helena, sentimos mucho que no hayamos sido todo lo rápidos que te hubiera gustado, el plazo aproximado para la devolución es entre 7 y 15 días, depende del momento, después de la campaña de navidad y rebajas estos periodos puntualmente pueden ser ligeramente modificados por volumen de compras y devoluciones... lo importante es que te hemos devuelto el dinero.
