Recibo mi pedido el día 21/12 en buenas condiciones ,el día 23/12 voy a la tienda física para cambiar la talla me comentan q me cobran las zapatillas q me llevo de la talla q solicito y le dejo la talla q enviaron y no quiero y me comentan q en unos días me devolverán el dinero del primer par.
A fecha de hoy 16 de enero aún estoy a la espera.

MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA. Compre dos palas en Black friday para regalar en reyes, pido la devolución de una el 9 de enero, que esta cerrada nueva y me dicen que las compras de black solo tienes 15 días para devolverlas, muy mala experiencia, será su política pero desde luego no es lo normal y menos en una pala que esta sin estrenar y que quería cambiar por otro modelo. MUY MAL

Hola Juan, sentimos mucho tu opinión, en el caso de las compras que nos comentas hablamos de DOS MESES desde que compraste las palas, esta fuera del plazo extendido que hemos habilitado para navidad.
En cualquier caso tendremos en cuenta tu opinión y la pasaremos a dirección para tratar de mejorar en este aspecto.

Interesante tienda de pádel, muy grande y con un montón de marcas tanto de ropa, como de calzado, palas, accesorios, etc etc… lo más importante de esta tienda es que puedes coger y tocar las palas con total normalidad, no como en otros comercios donde las tienen atadas con candados… además, precios muy competitivos que me han sorprendido para bien, volveré a visitarles sin ninguna duda.

Produto que parece ter muita qualidade. Muito confortável a usar e cuja adaptação me parece que vá ser rápida.

O serviço de pré-venda e de pós-venda foi fantástico. As respostas as minhas dúvidas foram facultadas num curto de espaço de tempo e o tempo de entrega foi muito rápido. Raquete comprada numa 6ª ao final da tarde e entrega da mesma (em Portugal) na 3ª feira seguinte, isto tudo na última semana antes do Natal.

Produto de muito boa qualidade. Raquete muito confortável e penso que de adaptação rápida. O serviço pré-venda e pós-venda foi fantástico. O tempo de resposta desde o aconselhamento, até a receção do produto foram 3 dias (comprado na 6ª à tarde, recebio na 3ª feira seguinte na semana antes do Natal).
