I am very unhappy with this service. I purchased a padel racket online for delivery to the UK and paid the advertised amount including shipping costs. When UPS attempted to deliver the item they required an extra £47 from ME for VAT and duty costs. How many other retailers do you know of who don’t tell you in advance of extra charges for delivering outside the EU? Now that I am asking for a refund they are insisting they will not accept a return. This is misleading pricing. No way I would buy from them again.

We feel that you are disappointed, but you have bought without taxes from the European Union to export to the United Kingdom, in all countries you need to pay the taxes, in all companies it is so, it is European legislation.
You can make the devolution, no problem.

Después de dos entrenos y un partido, decir de esta pala que lo pone todo fácil; quería colocación y control y lo realiza a la perfección, ayuda con el margen de error del punto dulce, en potencia no sobresale porque no está pensada para eso, pero no se queda corta; es muy manejable en la red, con la superficie rugosa se consigue un extra de efecto para dificultar la devolución de la bola y si enganchas bien la bola en la volea es muy potente, quizás lo que más me ha sorprendido porque no me lo esperaba.
Mujer, 55 años, 1.62, jugadora de revés, pegadora principalmente y algo de juego pícaro, nivel 500 avanzado, dos años de pádel con entrenamiento semanal y varias palas previas: Black Crown Pitón 2020, Kaitt Gladiator 3.0 2020, Adipower Lite 3.0 2021, Vibor-a Yarará 2018, por este orden.
En adelante mucho lo voy a pensar para cambiar de marca, pues con esta pala consigo balance medio, colocación de bola, pegada precisa, manejabilidad, volea muy contundente, confort y, además, es muy bonita :)
