Es tut uns sehr leid, dass es zu diesem Problem mit Ihrem Schläger gekommen ist. Wir verstehen Ihren Ärger selbstverständlich, da wir wissen, wie wichtig es ist, ein Produkt in einwandfreiem Zustand zu erhalten und nutzen zu können.

Nach Prüfung des Falls müssen wir jedoch klarstellen, dass der Schläger einen sehr deutlichen Schlag-/Stoßschaden aufweist, der nicht mit einem Herstellungsfehler vereinbar ist. Aus diesem Grund hat der Hersteller den Garantiefall nicht anerkannt, da solche Schäden als Folge eines äußeren Aufpralls oder einer unsachgemäßen bzw. unfallbedingten Nutzung eingestuft werden – und nicht als Material- oder Produktionsfehler.

Wir verstehen, dass diese Antwort nicht Ihren Erwartungen entspricht. Dennoch werden Sie sicher nachvollziehen können, dass ein Schläger, der einen derart erheblichen Stoßschaden erlitten hat, weder von uns noch vom Hersteller im Rahmen der Garantie ersetzt werden kann.

Trotzdem bedauern wir die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten sehr und stehen Ihnen bei weiteren Fragen selbstverständlich gerne zur Verfügung.

They are scammers who deliberately delay an already approved claim and do not comply with the law. They are openly violating consumer protection regulations, and when presented with clear evidence of this, they simply respond with “sorry, we cannot help you.” Avoid them at all costs.

Tras revisar su caso y comprobar el estado del producto, debemos informarle de que, tal y como se indica claramente en nuestras condiciones de compra, no es posible aceptar la devolución del artículo. La pala ha sido utilizada, presenta marcas de uso y se han retirado los precintos de seguridad, lo cual impide que podamos gestionarla como devolución o cambio.

Entendemos que el tamaño del mango no haya resultado adecuado para usted y valoramos que nos haya trasladado su situación con sinceridad. No obstante, una vez usado el producto, no nos es posible comprobar ni certificar el defecto de origen al que hace referencia, ni aceptar la devolución en estas condiciones.
